Placing orders, receiving orders, shipping raw materials, shipping finished product and meeting transportation deadlines has long been a logistics challenge. Vanguard has met this challenge by providing Electronic Data Interchange. We have the EDI capability to go on line with you. QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control means more to Vanguard than just delivering a top quality finished product. At Vanguard, we use a pro-active approach to plan for potential disruptions before they occur. We maintain this quality control by inspecting incoming raw materials, precisely scheduling production time, reducing loss of raw materials due to rejections and reducing waste materials generated. With our in house processes and statistical process control, we achieve CPK values of 1.33 or better. ISO 9000

Vanguard is currently updating Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.'s) for all of our processes. Our Value Added Commitment to you...we will achieve ISO 9000 certification in the near future.

HIGH SPEED

We have high speed reel to reel plating capability in the selective and overall plating of copper, electrolytic and electroless nickel, tin, tin/lead, silver, gold, palladium and palladium/nickel on stamped connectors and lead frames.

UNIQUE STRIPING CAPABILITY

We can electro deposit multiple metals in various thicknesses in multiple locations requiring only one pass through a plating line.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Our customer list includes Fortune 500 companies who are particularly interested in our ability to treat the waste resultant from the processing of their materials. Our treatment facilities have Federal EPA and New Jersey DEP approval and are monitored on a regular control basis.

INSTRUMENTATION

We maintain a full spectrum of instrumentation, including atomic absorption, inductively coupled plasma spectrophotometer, and x-ray thickness techniques for individual workpiece analysis. Our analytical laboratories are setup for strip and weight evaluations on your plated product, as well as precious metal gravimetric analysis.
